Yeah, it has been decided.

It is over. Finally. I am giving up my blog, since no one is reading it. Sad, isn't it? Well, I am gonna sum up past few days and not gonna talk bullshit and then I will officially close this blog. I will leave it to exist in virtual dimensions of internet, but wont be writing on it anymore. I will be writing shit on www.piirituomari.deviantart.com, in the "Journal" section...if anybody even cares dead rat's ass about it. Oh well, even I don't care about it.

So, I've been watching war movies with one of my buds, and first one was american Hurt Locker that told about Operation Iraqi Freedom's aftermatch in Baghdad city, Iraq's capital city. The movie was different kind of war movie, not starred up by some over-hyped cast and it wasn't loaded up by mindless action. It just simply told about life on a battlefield, in pioneer squad that just disarmed harmful IEDs and other bombs. It seriously got 5/5 from me, as it was intelligent, deep and realistic.
As bomb-unit's former commanding sub officer dies in violent 155mm artillery grenade explosion, new asshole is transferred from Afghanistan to take control over the unit. Movie was good, and stays in my favorites.

Second one was korean Joint Security Area, that actually was stunningly awesome movie. Once again, no mindless action, but it was an detailed description of murder investigation regarding an incident that occur in North- and South-Korean borderline between North -and South-Korean soldiers. South-Korean sergeant Lee admitted that he killed three N-Koreans but then again Swiss investigator with Swedish officer were ordered to question Lee about his motives.
The movie was exceptionally good, but the name of Swedish officer bothered both of us, raising different sorts of amusement: what are the odds that someone got name "Persson". As 'Pers' can be referred to 'ass' in finnish language and 'son' simply means son, it can be pulled together as "Ass-son". And what is funny about this, sub-worthy joke is that some of us finns have the habit to refer swedes as gay people (this of course only shows the jealousy of our nation towards to Sweden) and to that end "Ass-son" is rather 'funny' joke. Never mind.

To this rather boring post I shall end my tour on Blogspot, if anyone bothers to comment, I will answer to them, but new posts are out of the question.

Do not blame me for the subject.

It has been a long day. I have been working on a story that I wrote, and it changes constantly. But, at least I have something pleasant to do alongside drawing since today has been a long day; I've been reading swedish and some other school subjects, and my work seems infinite. But I am not going to stress about it anymore, just going to do something about it, and see how it turns out.

The last act of Spoon River is still before us: like last year, we have party with the cast and it's ought to be fun. Two actors in the matter of fact decided to opt out the party, but we got our soundman and musician to cover up the loss...no, no they're not just reinforcements, but part of the crew.

I wan't to keep my english gear on. I mean, it is fun to write, and it is useful when considering my english as an subject in senior high school. I bet that there are people who would disagree with me, but naah. I don't mind.

Of course, now the most-hated subject will reveal itself now...let's talk bullshit!
(I know, I made a promise that I shall never talk about these things, but...)

You know what's ironic? The so-called intelligence of humankind. When you come to think about it, we have achieved much, and yet there is so huge amount of things for us to gain, learn and refine. Yet, there are these moments that make mankind look really primitive, and sub-developed race: everything that we develop, is either crafted from war, made solely for warfare or just is adjusted for it. I am not saying, that everything is created from war, but everything human has created, has played at least some role in all those countless wars that mankind has waged.
How come, that our culture, civilization, ethics and moral approves - or, in some cases, creates - war? It is in our genes. As long as humans got those genes and DNA in themselves, wars will be waged. It is also in the very structure of our brain system, so it also is a thing that cannot be changed. When defining war as an phenomenon, we must consider the fact that it is part of us.
I am not telling you to ignore war, or to think that it isn't that bad. What I am telling to you is that there are not nations that attack other nations more than others just because they are those specific nations. When
  • Russian Federation(currently at war in Chechnya region)
  • North-Korea(Socialistic dictature that is regarded as military regime)
  • People's Republic of China (violating human rights -not nationally, but internationally - in ways that could be seen as war crimes)
  • Pakistan (waging war against India and the other way around)
  • Israel and Palestine(War of religions, absurd conflict between arabs and jews)
  • United States of America (has invasion forces in Afghanistan and Iraq)
are observed, they fight in their wars because they can. And most importantly, because they have to, either for national opinion/demand, religion, or natural resources. If, for example, Finland, Norway or Sweden were superpowers, they would do same things as previously introduced countries.
You cannot blame those countries, because, every single human being is capable of killing. It just needs 'right' circumstances to active "killing genes" in most of people. To put it roughly, there is potential killer in all of us. But, what are you going to do for it?

By the way, I should throw a challenge for those rare readers of my blog: why would God put the Tree of Virtuous and Evil Knowledge in the middle of the Paradise, in the reach of man? Human - according to the Bible - wasn't exactly good or evil to the begin with, yet there existed a source of information and using that source would let it up to human him/herself to decide, which path to follow? It doesn't make any sense.
If God , as He created us, knew, that humans had lust for anything forbidden, why to put the dammed tree into spotlight? Was it just a plan to sieve humans, to those who were worth Heaven, and those worth Hell? It sounds rough. It could be because I made this hypothesis up, but still...why?

End of an...well, can't really call this an era.

I was thinking about this...change of place for my blog. When I come to think of it, I realize that I could as well keep it on www.Deviantart.com in the form of "Journal", and it would also be much better arrangement, regarding it's possibilities in practical sense: my english wouldn't get rusted, and writing it would be easy as the blog would be related directly to some of my graphical works. Time will tell. But I do acknowledge the fact that no one really finds this interesting. So, let's talk about something more interesting, shall we?

We had two performances in a play today. Me, judge Arnett, and the rest of the incredible cast of the "Spoon River" play acted it twice. Spoon River - Stories from the beyond the Grave was based on the E.Masters' Spoon River Anthology, which, indeed, was an intriguing book. My personal favorite characters were the assholes of the highest leaders of Spoon River, banker Thomas Rhodes, priest Lemuel Wiley, general Kinsey Keene, mayor A.D Blood, reporter Whedon and judge Arnett. They just were...assholes enough.

There was some differences in acting among the cast, that I noticed when reviewing some parts from the video tape. But there was nothing disturbing, as some one could have thought, when considering the color of the previous sentence. It was fine, good, excellent, perfect, divine. I liked how the role "Anonymous" was played, not overacted but neither a single understated acting was noticeable. Dippold, the crazy optic was just great, among the ol' good Hummel, of course , but judging the cast, whether done in positive or negative color, shall be ended right here.

I do not know whether anyone in the audience understood anything of that what was happening. But who cares? Main thing is that we had shitloads of fun! Because that it exactly what meant to me. Fun. Although I do know that some fellow souls of the cast - let's face it, the whole cast - wouldn't believe me, since I rather passed the practicing for the play in order to...well, in order to do something else. I don't remember what it was. Well it was a reason good enough to pass those lessons. Wonder if there even was a reason...

Why do I tell this to you in english? Because my english-shwitch was left on after I had this 'difference-between-life-or-death'-conversation with the German student Marco. That 'difference-between-life-or-death' talk actually was related to different ethnical sandwiches and kebabs, but it soon gained colors so dark that it was soon upon us to end the fight for the sakes of whole mankind.

After that incident, we regrouped with the rest of the cast, and just talked about all kinds of stuff. In order to clear things up, this all happened during interval that lasted for over 3 hours. We ate some pizza, well I ate the kebab that caused the conversation with Marco. Noora, Tommi, Joni and few others had some rather interesting stories to tell about drinking or things and events related to sex. What was so intriguing that it kept us laughing for two long hours, I am letting it for your imagination to handle.

Well, guess that was it all for this time. Let's see if I quit my blog here, not quite sure tho.
